Certified pediatric sleep consultant and the heart behind Helpling Little Sleepers. Here’s a little more about me and why I do this work.

Hi, I'm Natalie.

I'm so glad you're here.

M Y S T O R Y
Sleep is hard.
You're not alone in it.
I know how much love goes into caring for a little one, and how overwhelming it can feel when everyone is tired. My mission is to help your family find rest again, so you can enjoy parenthood and your home can feel calm, connected, and well rested.

Before this, I spent six years as an elementary teacher, and I became deeply interested in sleep research after my husband and I had our daughter. Teaching taught me to see the whole child, and that's still how I approach sleep today.

I trained with the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management because I believe what they believe: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep. Every child's age, development, and temperament is different, and so is every family's routine, which means your plan should be too.

My work is grounded in the science of children's sleep and in safe sleep guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics. Instead of handing you a list of generic tips, we look beneath the surface to find the root causes behind your child's sleep struggles, and then we tackle them together.

My approach is built on kindness, connection, and what works for your family. No judgment. No cookie-cutter answers. I'll never ask you to ignore your instincts, and we'll choose a path that feels right to you.

Whether you're working through baby sleep struggles, nap transitions, early mornings, or a regression, we'll build a plan that fits your child's age and your family's rhythm, and I'll be right beside you the whole way.

My approach,

built around your family.

You know your child best, which is why I provide a customized options rather than a one-size-fits-all rulebook. Together, we choose the path that aligns with your parenting style and what feels most comfortable for your family.

Parent-Led Choices
The Whole Picture, Not Just Bedtime
Confidence That Lasts
Compassionate Guidance

Sleep struggles rarely start and end at bedtime. Drawing on my background as an educator, I look at the big picture: your child's age and development, daily rhythm, naps, sleep environment, and your family's routines. By finding the root cause instead of treating surface symptoms, we can build a plan that truly fits.

Changing sleep habits is emotional work. I'm right in your corner with steady, non-judgmental support, check-ins, and adjustments along the way. I want you to feel cared for, so you can pour that same warmth and reassurance into your little one.

My goal isn't just to get your child sleeping tonight. It's to give you the knowledge, confidence, and tools to teach independent sleep skills yourself. When you understand why your plan works, the change lasts, and your whole household gets its well-rested home.
