Hi, I'm Natalie.

I'm glad you're here.

M Y S T O R Y
Sleep is hard.
You're not alone in it.
I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant and the heart behind Helpling Little Sleepers. I know how much love goes into caring for a little one and how overwhelming it can feel when everyone is tired.

My approach is grounded in kindness, connection, and what works for your family. No judgment. No one-size-fits-all answers. Just thoughtful guidance and a steady hand along the way.

I trained with the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management because I wanted to support families in a way that feels gentle and respectful — never leaving a little one to cry alone, and never asking you to ignore your instincts.

Whether you’re in the thick of newborn nights, navigating nap transitions, or revisiting sleep after a regression, we’ll build a plan that fits your child’s age and your family’s rhythm.

H O W I W O R K

My approach, in short.

You know your child best, which is why I provide a customized options rather than a one-size-fits-all rulebook. Together, we choose the path that aligns with your parenting style and what feels most comfortable for your family.

Parent-Led Choices
The Holistic Lens
Empowering Independence
Compassionate Guidance

Drawing on my background as a former educator, I look at the big picture rather than just bedtime. We dive deep into the whole picture to determine what your child needs.

Changing sleep habits is emotional work, and I am right there in your corner with steady, non-judgmental support. I help you feel nurtured and cared for so you can pour that same warmth and reassurance into your little one.

My goal isn't just to help your child sleep tonight—it’s to equip you with the confidence and tools to teach them independent sleep skills. By empowering you, we create lasting change so your entire household can finally get a well-rested home.
